Energy for All Alaska Programs

The Energy for All Alaska schedule can be found on our calendar.

Energy for All Alaska programs take place at 8am every Tuesday in FEDC’s conference room at 330 Wendell Ave, Ste E (upstairs in the Hoppner Law Office building downtown).

On April 17, John Burns and Lynn Thompson of GVEA presented "Understanding Energy in the Interior.

On April 10, Dan Britton of Pentex presented on the Large LNG Storage Tank which is under construction in Fairbanks.

On Janaury 30, Doug Hanson of the Alaska DNR Division of Forestry presented on the Fairbanks Timber Sale Program.

On January 23, Jon Cook, Chair of the Alaska Railroad Board, presented on the Alaska Railroad's objective of selling ARR land that were not advantageous to rent. This ability to sell would sunset after  five years. You can find the documents that Jon mentioned below:

On January 16, Christopher Baird of Battelle and the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) presented on NEON's research in Interior and Arctic Alaska. You can find a copy of his presentation here.
